Port Starboard Located a fair distance away from Lumen City, Port Starboard is where both incoming ships and planes find purchase on their way to the Diamond District. Complimentary AR viewers handed out on the trip give travelers an early taste of the technology, a massive "Welcome to Lumen!" hanging over the port to herald their arrival. While high speed rail immediately connects these ports to the city proper, many visitors linger behind to enjoy pop-up festivals along the pier. |

Gran Lumen Megaplex The first thing newcomers from Port Starboard see is a massive stadium with a retractable roof. This singular building is home to one of the greatest entertainment hubs, and by extension technology showcases, in all of Lumen City. It serves as a concert hall, sports arena, and show floor for all sorts of events. If the main event isn't your thing, extensions to the building host a variety of theaters, video arcades, and casinos. They say when the Megaplex is running at 100%, it's so bright that you can see it from space. |

Plaza 258 The stereotype of a big city is that it never sleeps, but Plaza 258 may be the most literal possible interpretation of that statement. Even when the rest of the city winds down for the night, Plaza 258 stays lit up with neon lights, holograms, and the city's largest concentration of shops. If you know how to navigate the plaza properly, you can find current events, businesses to meet any of your needs, and even little secrets and trivia about Lumen City. If you don't know how to navigate, you'll be stuck in the world's flashiest labyrinth. |

Globe Street Many of the residential areas in the Diamond District are home to immigrant communities, and the Globe Street project exists to help connect and preserve them. Holographic signs jump out in a variety of languages, and a scan of one's phone can provide on-the-go lessons about countless cultural phenomena. The founder of the project believed that, even with all the tech in the world, a truly connected world cannot exist without understanding. |
