The Powerhouse

The Powerhouse is what Deep Lumen's residents call the furthest reaches of their district, and is the industrial park where most manufacturing and energy production jobs are kept. While the factories themselves are obviously off limits, the surrounding outskirts are where the restless and rebellious tend to wander. So long as nobody gets hurt, Lumen City turns a blind eye to this, allowing graffiti-riddled warehouses to serve as an outlet for self expression and youthful frustration.
