Deep Row Tenements

Due to its proximity to working areas and distance from expensive accommodations, the Deep Row Tenements are some of the cheapest places to live in all of Lumen City. While the quality of life isn't as high as it is in some of the more wealthy neighborhoods, Deep Lumen's people compensate by forming some of the most tight-knit bonds in the city. Being off the usual tourism grid also gives these tenements some much needed peace of mind, to the point where some elect to stay instead of moving elsewhere in the city.
